Hi,
I've just registered for this forum, as it seems to be the most active and interesting for UK coarse fishing at the moment.
I've got plenty of time on my hands at the moment, as I had a heart op 3 weeks ago so I'm laid up at home for at least another 3 weeks (no driving, no lifting anything over 10lb and no repeated arm movements)
First admission - I'm a died in the wool match angler (of the old school) .... but hopefully won't be too out of place here.
I started fishing in about 1976, but didn't catch too much until my family moved to Bedfordshire in 1979, where I found the wonderful Great Ouse ran through the village.
Look forward to contributing to the many lively debates on here!
