Some doubtless borderline batty, overbearing, ex-corporate sort from LA LA Land advising Brits how to enhance their employment prospects here - BBC News - Botox your CV and online profile

My own CV?

Best to be honest and brief.

"Life-long Awkward Squad supremo and internationally acknowledged psycho-killer. Totally non corporate- and idiot-friendly (anyone like YOU in fact, so stop reading this and go off and have a Watercooler Moment)."

CVs and Profiles, eh? The way we have to talk ourselves and everything and nothing up these days.

"Oh, baby, baby, it's a wild world
It's hard to get by just upon a smile"

I must admit I have often chuckled over the tremendous b******t that some , I know , put on their linked-in ( "the world's largest professional network") and other people who state they will be "triple O all next week" ( out of office ), of course some anglers work tremendously hard on their online profiles some blogs are very good some make me want to run outside and kick myself in the gash.

I tell you what though if you started a blog I for one would read it and I suspect many others too , some out of interest and some to pick up online ammunition.

I think that I rattle enough cages in the World of Angling Zoological Gardens' Monkey Enclosure by merely sharing a little of what passes across my vision or briefly flickers through my warped mind without starting doing anything as sad as blogging, don't you?

Seriously, though, I brainstormed a way of saving the Indian mahseer the other day, but then thought "Oh God, why bother? It'd only be another "We thought of that! That bloke's a ruddy maniac..." nightmare and bloodfest."
