Holiday Lough Ree

Good afternoon chaps,
A friend and me are holidaying on Lough Ree on the 4th week of May 2011, We are based out of Portlick and are mainly going for Pike via the use of boat.... We are also going to plan a trip to the rive Suck for the pike fishing also and would like to fish for Tench in Lough Ree, we have done our homework and have a general idea where to go but more info is always good......
In return if any info required for the the River Avon from Lacock through to Limpley Stoke and surrounding lakes and other rivers for specifically Barbel/Carp then i would gladly pass on my 30 years experience... :O)
