I'll agree with that statement.
I started fishing again this year after being diagnosed with emphysema and having had two lung operations.
Being stuck in all the time is soul destroying, so I looked at all the things I was still able to do and angling was probably the one thing that stood out.
It's possible for me to be able to get to certain pegs without too much difficulty and provides me with a new focus and lots of things to learn.
Love it.
