You know that fluted plastic board, rather like corrugated cardboard, that estate agents' signs (ahem!) are made of?
It's often occurred to me that one could fold up a bit into something like two sides of a box plus its base, carve a V into the top and line it with lagging foam or similar, then use a bag of (fishery!) water as a weight to keep it stable.
Use two bits of stick-on velcro and you can make it fold flat.
Origami project for September?

P.S. It also makes very lightweight boxes and perfect rig holders...
