Has any of you tried these rods? Are they any good?

I'm planning on buying 2 new rods for bream, tench, smaller carp and chub and I found these .

Bruce Ashby used to work for Going brothers in the 70s and built the Jim Gibbinson Clooper carp rods, he knows what hes doing old Brucey
