Sliding Reel Seats/Rings

Hi hope someone can help me.
I`m trying to find a supplier/s of the sliding reel seat/rings/collars, you know, the old fashion type before the modern screw down reel seats came along,on match rods that is.
I used to use John Roberts, but cannot locate any, of any make.
Due to problems with my hands I cannot hold a rod with the conventional screwdown type set up, so I build/convert my own.

Any information appreciated..

Merlot, what size do you want , internal diameter ? I have a few and you can have them for postage if they are the right size.They need a bit of a clean up.
