I was out on the river today and saw some older gentlemen with the old style bait bags around their necks I think they are cotton or something similar, I was wondering if anyone knew of any shops that still sell the old style bait bags?

any help appreciated.

Thanks guys, Im using a cut down diawa bait apron at the moment but its getting in the way when Im wading in deep water, The Mrs will attempt to run one up but just wanted to know if they could still be bought anywhere as I knew they were quite popular with anglers like reg reghini and other yorkshire anglers.

I.m sure you'll look OK with a blue gingham bag hanging around your neck while upto your chest in the river.

Why not pinch one of your mams cushion covers off the sofa, and cut a foot off her washing line to hang it around your neck on, these make great bait bags.

Derick Deanos is now accepting callers (especially with food items) at Pontefract General Hospital after his fat mam found out!
