Guys, if you are in the market for either a new light feeder/bomb rod or a heavier power feeder rod then you might just want to hang on until next week. Needing to replace a couple of tired bits of kit I've been engaged in some retail therapy around my local tackle shops.
This weekend I am testing two new purchases.a 10-11ft light outfit (and I do mean <u>light</u>) and a heavier 12ft beastie. Neither rod has seen water yet but I am predicting that one will perform exactly as expected and the other will prove to be something of a surprise (and it won't break the bank either!). I will post reviews of these rods on Monday once a full evaluation has been carried out. C'mon the weekend!!!
