Silliest bag competition...

This is something that struck me some time ago whilst browsing a popular internet auction site.

Not only can we shower ourselves with oodles of gear but there now appears to be a specialist bag for just about everything… Stink bag, buzz bar bag, chiller bag, boilie bag, stove bag, reel bag, rig bag, lead bag, barrow bag, cookware bag, bankstick bag, glug bag, food utensil bag, brew bag, lure bag etc etc.

In other words all the things that in most cases would fit into a straight forward, erm... Bag.

I reckon there’s a secret factory somewhere about the size of Wales that just kicks out bags for fishing.

And to that effect I have to confess to owning three of the aforementioned… a rig bag, a lead bag and quite hysterically a cookware bag.

I say hysterically because it holds cookware and has no particular bespoke requirements whatsoever in my eyes and I have to say I got reeled in on that one whilst I was on a roll buying the other related stuff and I honestly think that a simple, straight forward bag without fiddly inner sections sewn to the sides would have been far better.

But then it would just be a bag and not a cookware bag.

So, to that effect (and appreciating there might be good reason for your particular bags) who’s bought the silliest fishing bag and what is it?

Don't be shy... There are no prizes other than the accolade of providing many in need of much laughter and of course winning the title of the silliest bag :D
