Normark Camaro 14ft match

Hi,

Just bought one of these rods on Ebay - anyone got one or know what this particular rod is like?

I tried googling it before the auction end but came up with little - I think it may be a power match rod that can handle quite light lines, but I'd like to know what the recommended min/max line strength would be and if it would suit stick float fishing..

All the Normark stuff is top quality, mate. Not used this particular one but I've got the Microlite & the Titan - top pieces of kit!!!

Yes, I'd love either of them rods.

I was watching a Microlite 12' match when I come across the Camaro 14ft and I had less than 10 mins to decide whether or not to go for it. I bidded in the last 30 seconds and was outbid and managed to slip another bid in just in time. Will have to postpone getting a Microlite now for a bit - the Titans are a little bit out of my budget but I still watch them in case one goes for a song.

From what I've read of the Normark brand I gather their older stuff is regarded as their best gear. Didn't some of their top rodbuilders leave a few years back?
