For those of you that are unaware, Chris Yates, one of the most famous anglers in the UK, has just released a new book entitled “Out of the Blue”. Chris, famous for catching the Bishop, the first 50lb carp caught in the UK from Redmire Pool on vintage fishing tackle, and also featured on “A Passion for Angling” has now written a book which follows him around the south west coast of the UK fishing for bass with his favourite plug. The writing is up to Chris’s highest standard as ever, as he recalls other times and is enthralled by his surroundings. He is arguably the foremost angling writer of this generation. The book cover price is £ 14.99 but a charge of £ 2 extra is being made for a signed copy which the shop is donating to Wateraid.
