We all have our favourite fisheries, venues where we feel comfortable and confident but if you are going on holiday, if you want to push yourself and set new challenges, or if you simply want a change of scenery then our brilliant Where to Fish site is here to help.

Established way back in 1822 Where to Fish is the longest-established and most respected fishing finder in the UK – and it’s now online so you can browse at your leisure. What’s more many of the fisheries are now using our iBookFishing system, which allows you to select, book, and download your day ticket from the comfort of your own home – no need to check availability or to wait for tackle or fishery shops to open – just click and buy!

You can check out Where to Fish HERE and if you are a fishery owner or manager you can add your own venue free of charge to make sure it gets maximum exposure to a huge angling audience!

W2F is looking for anglers

As well as fishery listings the team at Where to Fish are conducting in-depth fishery reviews to ensure prospective anglers are fully informed about the quality of the fishery – both in terms of the fishing and, where applicable, the facilities.

W2F is seeking to engage a small team of anglers throughout the country to assist in the review process. You should, of course, be a competent angler and well-versed with a variety of different techniques. In addition you should be able to take images of a reasonable standard and string together up to 1500 words about your session – don’t worry too much about your spelling and grammar though, our team can take care of that!

If you would like to be considered please email: editor@fishingmagic.com giving your name, address and a few words about your fishing experiences and abilities.
