CarpCAM - Under Water Angler Viewing Systems
Sanderson Environmental, the UK Fishery Management Specialists, have just launched an exciting new angling innovation, which is already making big impressions with the nation's army of Carp Anglers! Called the CarpCAM this new under water viewing system is designed to view Specimen Fish...such as Carp and Pike.
The new technology incorporated into the CarpCAM allows anglers to view 360 degree under water video images of fish direct from the bankside.
Images are transmitted down the special video enabled cable to a monitor screen that anglers view on the bankside. The unique under water CarpCAM is housed in a watertight case; anglers simply deploy the camera to the chosen fishing area, turn on the compact monitor screen and control the camera view by a touch screen control, providing amazing 360 degree live underwater images of fish life.
The CarpCAM is supplied with 60ft of underwater video cable, and can also display water temperature and lake depth on screen, using the latest in touch screen technology.
Angler's feedback on the CarpCAM since it was launched in early January 2007 has been excellent, reported sales manager for Sanderson Environmental Andy Sanderson. They are amazed at the new technology and the clarity of the underwater images it produces. The 360 degree remote control facility allows anglers for the first time ever to see coarse fish in a natural environment. CarpCAM is proving to be the accessory all anglers want when out fishing; Carp are very wise and intelligent fish, so seeing how they react to angler's baits and behave in their natural environment can now be viewed on screen.
The CarpCAM can also be used in conjunction with video cameras to record under water video footage as well!
