Oh not so good this week AT. Two strong issues over the last fortnight, especially the river special, but now relapsed back to the foolish anti-foreigner tripe that's besmirched so many issues. The style of language you use, like 'crack down', 'zero tolerance' and 'on the spot justice' and so on is the same inflamatory nonsense that appears in the very worst of the penny dreadful tabloids. It has no place in an angling paper and you should stop it now please. We don't want any more "I Whacked Lurking Non-Nationals With My Walking Stick" type headlines. Speaking of which, who exactly is a 'non-national' and who at AT has invented that phrase? You have no idea of the nationality of the people you're writing about. You haven't seen their passports. What you mean is foreigner, isn't it? From the way the phrase is used, I strongly suspect that even if you'd taken British citizenship and passport, your status as a 'non-national' in the eyes of the AT would remain untouched.
