Knowledge of related national, regional and sub regional strategies is essential. What, exactly, is this gobbledegook nonsense supposed to mean? The grammar in the first sentence is excrutiating. I wish people advertising jobs would leave out the inpenetrable corporate-speak and say exactly what the job involves. It doesn't even say you have to like fishing.

excrutiating ... inpenetrable Ouch. I had better not apply for the job - I spell much too well and don't do corporate-speak.

It doesn't even say you have to like fishing. Heaven forbid, that's the last thing they want. ;):D

It doesn't even say you have to like fishing. It would never say that . . . "A post suitable for a pro-active and enthusiastic piscine extractor" is far more likely.
