p45 I think - grinning Chav with a chub! Typical, catch a 21lb cheese paste pike and have someone come out special to take pics, not interested............ 4lb chub in the snow???

Yep, p45 it is. Bought a copy this morning. Needed something to read on the train as I headed over to Manchester for a job interview. Was hoping to find out more about the poor guy who died on the Wensum but all they could say was that he did not die from hypothermia, the exact cause remains unknown.

I was trying to conjour up a five (I came close at 4lb12oz) - given the conditions:D Its definately not as big as Swordsies Trent six! They seem to like the snow on my little river, I caught every time I went out..... Moving from swim to swim giving it twenty mins, once found, it seemed they were tightly shoaled up. Once a hot spot was located you could return and have another fish out! Like I said, the pike was actually newsworthy and did look a 'lump'.
