'Great value for money'
Strengths:
These rods are what you would expect from Greys. Nice build quality & handles barbel sweetly.
Weaknesses:
Not being able to purchase other top sections to make it a multi purpose rod
Overall:
Thinking of buying another they are that good.

'The best all round Chub Barbel rod i have come across'
Strengths:
Twin tips of 1.25 and 1.75 for all conditions with plenty of power in the but to stop any animals. Unconditional Lifetime Guarantee
Weaknesses:
None yet
Overall:
I used this rod recently on the Teme with the 1.25Ib tip and was well happy with the feel from touch ledgering to feeling the bites. When i lifted into a fish the power in the butt stopped the fish getting into any snags. While giving me a plenty of give in the tip when they made the final bid for freedom. I then moved on to the Wye with the 1.75Ib tip which meant i could get the Barbel under control even fishing the far bank behind a Salmon groin.
If you are looking for a couple of river rods and don't want quiver tips then i can highly recomend these.
