'THE DOGS DANGLIES'
Strengths:
Sharp, resiliant, tough as they come
Weaknesses:
None
Overall:
I've used these hooks, the barbless variety, in sizes 4 thru to 10 for coming up for 3 seasons for all my barbel fishing, mostly on the Trent.
I would say they are second to none in all respects.

'BEST I'VE USED, AND VERY CHEAP'
Strengths:
Sharp. Strong. Subtle. No shine. Barbed or barbless.
Weaknesses:
Haven't had any problems.
Overall:
Landed both smaller and almost 30lb carp on them without so much as a scratch. Very sharp and they stay sharp. Quality hook.

'THE GREATEST CARP HOOK PATTERN FOR BOTTOM BAITS'
Strengths:
Teflon coating, straight point, the sharpest hook I've ever encountered, super strong but did straighten once on what was probably a 100lbs+ catfish. Landed carp to 30lbs on them. You can't ask for more!
Weaknesses:
Hard to get hold of in barbless but Leslies of Luton still do them. Barbed are still widely available. That was the only weakness if you can call it that!
Overall:
Superb! Has landed me many big fish whilst others blank. They are well hidden due to their teflon coating and I wouldn't go carp fishing without them!!!
