Strengths: Wooden grip; All metal frame; Levelwind; Looks good.
Weaknesses: Stiff and clunky pushbutton clutch; Flimsy clicker assembly; Sharp edge on one of the crossbars - ideal for shredding line; Unpredictable drag.
Overall: Whilst it looks the business at first glance, in use the reel immediately shows its true colours as a cheapy. Everything on the reel lacks smoothness, especially the drag and clutch which feel as though they're suffering from rust. The clicker broke in the first hour - refusing to disengage so that casting more than 30 yards was impossible. If you want something that looks and perfoms like an Abu 6000 - buy an Abu 6000.
