' SANCTUARY FROM THE ELEMENTS'
Strengths:
As a woman I found the erection very satisying( sorry about that !)Sturdy, easy to transport, disassemble and erect.
Weaknesses:
Worried about the plastic lock screws being damaged whilst transporting and maybe pegs not strong enough for very hard ground, so would have to carry a hammer.
Overall:
Recently started carp fishing and after much research found this to be the perefect solution to the internmittent showers we are having at the moment.I carry it myself as my husband refuses, he already carries far too much stuff as it is. I also have to assemble it myself, which I can do in about 3 minutes.Takes a little longer to put away but I'll get better with practice, I'm sure.Beatifully designed and very necessary for typical British summers.

'JUST BOUGHT AND LOVE IT!'
Strengths:
As the girl friend comes fishing with me sometimes, this day shelter is great, as it allows for 2 chairs, and the feature of being able to lower the top and turn it into a wind break is out of this world!
Weaknesses:
Haven't found any yet!
Overall:
I love this piece of kit, it is light, easy to erect and the wind break feature is brilliant. Was worth the money I spent on it!

'KNOCKS THE SPOTS OFF ANY BROLLY SYSTEM.'
Strengths:
Very easy and quick to erect provided simple instructions are followed. Will withstand any amount of wind and rain.
Weaknesses:
Basicaly none.
Overall:
If people struggle to erect or dismantle this shelter - they probably struggle with anything practical.

A detachable groundsheet would be a bonus. I have made one for mine and secure inside it with velcro strips.

'GOOD BIT OF KIT'
Strengths:
Quick to put up and to take down..
Because of the differing views on here regarding the putting up and taking down I timed myself the very first time I attempted it in the garden, sad I know, and it was 3 mins 28 secs up and 4 mins 52 secs down...I've now got it down to a couple of minutes both ways.
There's loads of room for my kit and the dog. (OK it is a little dog)
Weaknesses:
None really.. I 'spose the poles are a bit stiff to pull apart but if you put your foot on the canvas bit where poles are attached to the bottom it helps
Overall:
I ummed and ahhhhed over getting this piece of kit for a year or more, finally took the decision to get and am very happy with it. Although it is curved when folded it does fit in the large pocket of my large rod holdall and is nearly as light as my brolly was.

'GREAT PIECE OF KIT'
Strengths:
Lightweight and sturdy, very easy to erect. Elasticated poles just fit together.
Weaknesses:
None without being picky.
Overall:
I think this is a great piece of kit, ive used mine now about 8 times and it takes less than 2 minutes to erect, about a minute to take down. More shelter than a brolly for not much more money.

'SUPER KIT'
Strengths:
Quick to erect. Quick to dismantle.
2 minutes up. 3 minutes down, into bag, onto trolley.
Lightweight - less weighty than my brolly anyway.
I have used this today in windy conditions....wind/rain blowing towards me, I did have to tuck up into a corner ( my fault for positioning myself wrong), but the shelter was very stable, and I was very dry.
Weaknesses:
Nothing to report.
Overall:
Excellent...well worth the money.

Strong well made shelter. Can't turn inside out, even in the strongest winds.
Yes i've tried it.

'YOU NEED 'THE KNACK''
Strengths:
Big and simple. Loads of room for you and all your kit.
Weaknesses:
Not easy to take down until you get the knack of it.
Overall:
good value for money and easy to put up and take down once you've done it a few times. You get the impression it needs storm poles but mine took everything a strong wind could throw at it with no problems at all. Not easy to get in a quiver due to the bend, unless you have one with a wide main compartment.

'GREAT KIT'
Strengths:
covers everything and well built
Weaknesses:
easy enough to put up but not so easy to take down until you get used to it
Overall:
I like this shelter a lot but you need a bit of patience at first till you get used to how to take the poles apart when you take it down. Very stable even without storm poles.
