Maver Nebula pole 13m
More about Maver
Average Rating: 4 out of 5
No. of Reviews: 2
RRP: £334
Year: 2006 - 2007

Description: The Maver Nebula pole can only be described as outstanding and it feels and performs as well as models priced in excess of £500 or more. It uses 9 section mandrel technology to produce a pole that is extremely rigid and well balanced with a fast rapidity of action. At 11.5m the Maver Nebula weighs a featherweight 810g and just 1210g at 13m. At this price it is the stiffest and lightest pole Maver have ever produced. The package also includes 2 large bore power kits and a strong cupping kit complete with cups. The Nebula is the perfect all rounder that will accommodate 20 solid elastics or 12 to 20 hollow elastic when power kits are fitted. When using the match kit the Nebula will perform as well as any top flight model for light rigs and delicate presentation. Innovative features include the new Diamond ground finish for fast and easy shipping in all weather and numbered sections for easy identification. We believe the Nebula is the best pole available at this price level. Features - Diamond ground finish - Put over joints, Top 2 telescopic - Pole holdall and guarantee included - User pole guide DVD - Rated to 10 elastics with match kits and 20 solid or 12 to 20 hollow elastics with power kits Pole package - 2 x Power kits - 1 x Cupping kit - Set of pole cups - DVD - Pole holdall

'GOOD STRONG POLE'
Strengths:
Not just a carp pole - very capable all-rounder.
Weaknesses:
Not easy to use at full length - theres noticeable loss of rigidity with the butt section in place.
Overall:
Great value for money - now available in most tackle shops for less than £200. Decent package which includes a match top 3, two power top 2s and a cupping kit.

Build quality is excellent and the spares are readily available from Maver for very reasonable money (Eg. £35 for a replacement No4)
