 | | | Posted: 18/10/06 | | 'PERFECT FOR THE JOB' | | Strengths: Not too big not too small, accommodates Chub Smartbox perfectly! (as you’d expect I suppose) Unlike other reviewers I paid full whack for this bag, and if I had to I’d pay full whack again in a heartbeat, superb build quality and the Velcro compartment bits inside are fantastic, perfect for ensuring the safety of my camera and other bits of tackle. Enough room for a small flask bite to eat etc. Very water resistant, having dropped the bag in the river and quickly fished it back out I was quite surprised everything inside was bone dry even though the outside was properly soaked. As with all chub leisure tackle decent quality zips that don’t mess you about even when everything else is frozen solid from a winter night session.
| | Weaknesses: Can’t think of a single one, and if I could I would mention it! | | Overall: Something that is never mentioned anywhere online or in catalogues is physical dimensions of items, for the record they are approximately as follows. Overall, 17x9x13inch, Internal main compartment, 13.5x9x9.5inch. Side compartment, 8.5x7x2inch, front compartment 13x6.5x2inch.
Overall superb, another quality well thought out and incredibly hard wearing piece of luggage from chub.
