    'PRETTY DAMNED GOOD'
    Strengths:
Lightweight, Breathable, you can stuff it anywhere as its compact when taken on a 'Just In Case It Rains' trip.

I have never got wet wearing mine and its now 5 years old, the trousers too have been abused and coated with Dreamlakes Catfish slime which never washes off, as a jacket and trousers set pretty hard to beat I'd say!
    Weaknesses:
Not too warm as an outer garment but windproof.
    Overall:
Good kit, as a winter weather Barbeller, one of the most important things I can say........The Flippin Spikey, Stickey, Prickly weed things which seem to grow everywhere on the Ouse.....DONT STICK TO THE MATERIAL!!!

    RESULT in my book!

    'BUY SOMETHING ELSE.'
    Strengths:
    Lightweight,comfy,ideal for cool days/evenings
    Weaknesses:
    NOT 100% waterproof,
    Overall:
This is the second ESP/Drennan garment of clothing i`ve bought. But it shall be my last.It states this jacket is 100% waterproof but i can assure it is not.Only in a small shower my shoulders leaked.Making me feel cold and wet throughout the duration of my trip.My matching salopettes are also a big dissapointment. When i can afford it i`m going back to Sundridge clothing.

    'IT LEAKS'
    Strengths:
    Stylish and warm
    Weaknesses:
It lets water in on the shoulders
    Overall:
An hour into a heavy downpour and you can feel your shoulders getting wet. Treated it with some proofing and it's better for the time being at least.

'VERY LIGHT, STYLISH AND COMFY. I'VE NEVER GOT RAIN IN.'
    Strengths:
Light, comfy, good as part of a layer system. Not too long which is great for me as I'm only 5'3". Oh, and its breathable.
    Weaknesses:
No neoprene cuffs but i've never had problems. Flaps on side pockets don't seal and are not very long, again though i've never had water come in so it must work.
    Overall:
Good jacket (and i've had a few over the years).Does what its supposed to and neither weighs a lot or costs a lot.
