Weaknesses: The axle is smooth,the brass adjusters move along the axle and are locked with screws with big paddle heads. Becouse the axle is smooth and chromed the screws move after a short time, they have nothing to grip into, the adjusters then slip anyway they want, so also the wheels do . The paddle heads of the screws will hit the valve of the inner tube causing a rip in the tube at the valve seating.
The wheels could be of a larger diemeter.
Overall: Poorly thought out ,could be a good barrow if the axle could be countersunk or dimpled so the screws could "key " in and if the screws could be changed for alankeys therefor no paddle to knock the valve.
