Description: The largest bowl is 38cm diameter. It is fitted with a lid which also acts as a shallow mixing bowl. There are also 2 'D' shaped separator bowls which will fit inside the larger bowl.

'A VERY VERSATILE PIECE OF KIT WHICH I NEVER TRAVEL WITHOUT.'

Strengths:
I will begin by saying I am not sure of the difference between the DRENNAN 4 PART MIXING BOWL and the fabulously named DRENNAN TEAM ENGLAND 4 PIECE MIXING SYSTEM, mine has Team England on the side (don’t they both?). Anyways as far as I can see there isn’t much (if any) difference. So I am fairly sure that what I have to say will apply to both. If not slap my hand and send me the other to compare. (Together with one of those nice looking barbel rods).

For a kick off, this is a piece of kit that I virtually always carry with me now, whether I am sitting on a box (rare these days) or walking the river. In short you have a large deep groundbait bowl with 2 handles, inside which are 2 x removable D shaped (semi circular) compartments, and finally a lid, which suffices as a second (shallow) groundbait bowl but will also serve as a make shift mat for sitting or kneeling.

Substantial amounts of particles,pellets, corn or whatever can be carried in the bowl and its compartments, these are handy to stop different baits mixing up.

The lid will keep the bait inside dry, even in a serious downpour, and fits snugly on so small bits of tackle or bait won’t bounce out whilst walking.

It is a hard wearing piece of kit, I placed mine in the freezer and it stuck to the freezer wall, when I had to rip it off to take it fishing there were no cracks or rips in the material.

Weaknesses:
After 18 months of solid use no faults have appeared at this time.

I paid £15 ish which is generally what we expect to pay, however a few quid off that and I would have given a top mark for value, as it stands a begrudged 'good' will have to suffice.
Improvements? Possibly a small pocket or pouch on the side, however that may have ended up looking too much like a stalker type bait bucket, and I think I am correct in saying that it is primarily aimed at the match angler so maybe not.

Overall:
A good piece of kit, I dont expect to have to buy a bait bucket or groundbait bowl again!

'GREAT'

Strengths:
As I am at present using both the Drennan Team England 8 tube rod bag and large carry all I thought I would add the mixing bowl to my collection.From the start I found the bowl to be easy to clean, srong, and the handles made it easy to carry when the bait had been pre-mixed, saves on mixing at the river/pond side. The two half bowls are great for keeping other baits in, or for a different ground bait mix. The lid is especialy good for keeping both the groundbait moist, and the ducks out.

Weaknesses:
None that I can find at the moment.

Overall:
A well thought out product, easy cleaning, carring and packing, what more can I say. Well done Drennan another good product.
