Description: Daiwa Hydrolastic delivers a wide range of settings within one set up: for mixed fisheries and high catch rate venues. It has a hollow construction, which is filled with a fluid. The elastic walls are held apart by the fluid when stretched and this performs as a soft-core shock absorber allowing extra stretch when a big fish is hooked.

'Well impressed'

Strengths:
Lasts longer than most elastics that I have tried, Both soft enough and powerfull enough for most situations.

Weaknesses:
It's too stretchy for those situations where you have to fish near to a snag and need to play the fish pretty hard to avoid it.

Overall:
a little expensive but you dont need to change it as often as cheaper elasics.
