Description: These padded sheaths are 14"(36cm) long and have a 8"(20cm) side split to accommodate butt rings. Sold in pairs.

'DOES WHAT IT SAYS ON THE TIN!'
Strengths:
Well designed to allow for large rings.
Weaknesses:
Havn't found any yet!
Overall:
Bought a bag which would allow rod and reel to be contained. Mine's a 13'Sea rod which I found was 13'4"!!! The Gardner padded rod tip protector allows the tips to be protected both in the car and on the way through trees to a mark. Easy to put on with bottom part unsewn to accomodate large rings but the sides attach together with velcro.
