Everything about this alarm is good, especially for the price. Totally reliable and everything you shoud need in a bite alarm! I've had mine since the beginning and they have never let me down or broke. | | Weaknesses:
Other than not having wireless remote systems none, although this is easily sorted with an Attx system. | | Overall:
Top product and i wouldn't change mine - remember the more in an alarm the more can go wrong with them!!! |

| 'ALARMINGLY GOOD!' | | Strengths:
amazingly bright blue/purple LED.
volume control. can be deafening or as quite as you want.
two sensitivity settings, i think it could be used for other species like bream.
very waterproof.
compact.
price.

i haven't used any other bite alarm so i don't really have anything to compare it to but:
ears are a little snug for cheap fatter rods.
would of been nice to have a hard case to keep in as it can switch itself on now and again.
some might find knobs a bit fiddly. | | Overall:
very good quality alarm for the price, comes with volume,tone control and two sensitivity settings. goes off when you get a bite. would recommend to anyone starting fishing, i would definitely buy another. |
