'AMAZING VALUE!'

Strengths:
Mine are going strong with no faults at all. Recommend to anybody.

Weaknesses:
None that I have encountered. Battery life is very good also.

Overall:
A very reliable alarm which is simplicity itself to operate.

'AWESOME'

Strengths:
Everything about this alarm is good, especially for the price. Totally reliable and everything you shoud need in a bite alarm! I've had mine since the beginning and they have never let me down or broke.

Weaknesses:
Other than not having wireless remote systems none, although this is easily sorted with an Attx system.

Overall:
Top product and i wouldn't change mine - remember the more in an alarm the more can go wrong with them!!!

'ALL U WANT IN A BITE ALARM'

Strengths:
Volume Control, 2 x Sensitivity settings, Tone Control and goes off when u get a bite

Weaknesses:
no hard case come with them

'VERY GOOD FOR THE PRICE.'

Strengths:
you won't miss hearing them,they look good,the blue lights are very bright.

Weaknesses:
None really,but if you've bivvied close to your rods you may wake up thinking the police are outside.

Sensibly priced, stylish to look at and do the job well.

'TOP NOTCH BUZZER @ ROCK BOTTOM PRICE'

Strengths:
LOUD, BRIGHT LED , FOX RELIABILITY

Weaknesses:
NONE FOUND , BUT HAVE YET TO SEE THEM OPERATE IN A SNOWSTORM

'QUALITY'

Strengths:
Sensitivity control, Great/bright LED for night or day fishing, decent battery life, reliable.

Weaknesses:
no wireless sounder/transmitter box availiable for night sessions apart from that none.

Overall:
Absolute quality reliable and will never let you down.

'ALARMINGLY GOOD!'

Strengths:
amazingly bright blue/purple LED.
volume control. can be deafening or as quite as you want.
two sensitivity settings, i think it could be used for other species like bream.
very waterproof.
compact.
price.

Weaknesses:
i haven't used any other bite alarm so i don't really have anything to compare it to but:
ears are a little snug for cheap fatter rods.
would of been nice to have a hard case to keep in as it can switch itself on now and again.
some might find knobs a bit fiddly.

Overall:
very good quality alarm for the price, comes with volume,tone control and two sensitivity settings. goes off when you get a bite. would recommend to anyone starting fishing, i would definitely buy another.

'SMALL AND COMPACT , EXCELLENT FOR SHORT SESSIONS '

Strengths:
small , takes up no room in your bag. with hard case fitted the mx is near indestructable

Weaknesses:
one colour led
