'A RELIABLE BOAT FOR SMALL TO MEDIUM WATERS'
Strengths:
The boat is very stable even i relativley choppy conditions and enables the angler to but a large quantity of bait out on one trip. the boat has a good good range and easily manoeuvrable in snaggy areas.
Weaknesses:
Battery life can be poor on longer trips and requires topping up either through a bankside charger or a solar panel due to there being no way to change the battery. The accessories are very expensive if brought from AT. The vavigation light could also be better as on the microcat as they are not very visable at night at distance.
Overall:
I have had AT boats for over 5 years and reguarly use them, i have the graphic echo sounder on my boat which is great for feature finding but this comes at a high price. I am sure that the boat will always put me an extra few fish on the bank each season. The after sales service although good can be a lenghty process at peak times of the year if you require a service on your boat. Would i buy another AT boat the answer would probably be yes but i would certainly look at what else is available for my money as there is some very good boats now one the market.
