Strengths: Allows shad or grubz to work to best advantage. Weaknesses: none. Strengths: Very easy to rig a new rubber shad or grub on to the screws with cold or wet hands. When a fish is on, the hook point detaches from the lures body, helping to keep it away from all those sharp teeth. Overall: Excellent piece of kit. Makes using rubber grubs and shads a lot more economical to use.
