'GOOD IF THEY DIDNT SPLIT SO EASY'
Strengths:
there are non
Weaknesses:
after 5 times of use the sole split at the bottom letting water seep in and making your feet wet also cold. it defeates the object of the boot if its going to do that!!!!!!!!!!!
Overall:
im going to take them back so lets see if the new ones are the same!!!!!

'BECAME UNCOMFORTABLE AND DIDN'T STAND THE TEST OF TIME'
Strengths:
warm
Weaknesses:
The left boot became uncomfortable after a couple of months wear and both boots later developed cracks in the sides which became holes.
Overall:
I tend to wear trainers unless it is particularly cold or muddy but having only used my Lunkers a moderate amount still had to throw them away after only a year. Replaced them with Skeetex field boots which I've now had for longer and used more than the Lunkers and they remain in excellent condition.

'CUMBERSOME'
Strengths:
Very warm if just lounging around.
Weaknesses:
Not so good for walking any distance or stalking the river banks. A real chore when walking across muddy fields.
Overall:
Mine are gathering dust now and am looking at the Skee Tex range of field boots.

'THEY DON'T LAST'
Strengths:
Warm, comfy, even OK for walking.
Weaknesses:
Full of holes - the rubber is cheap and has cracked on both feet due to constant flexing.
Overall:
OK if you replace them each year. They won't last you more than that.
I liked them too!

'GOOD QUALITY BOOT !'
Strengths:
I have had a pair of these boots for a couple of months now and find them to be extremely warm and comfortable, on one trip it rained non stop but my feet stayed dry and warm. They have a good tread on the sole and the speed lace tying eyes are a good idea as they are quite a tall boot also the removable linings can be worn in your bivvy inside a pair of slippers, toasty !!
Weaknesses:
The only real drawback with these boots is that they are a bit on the bulky side and you know you are wearing them when walking etc, but once at your swim and settled your feet stay nice and warm.
Overall:
One of the best boots you can buy for under £50 but shop around as I managed to get these for £39.99 and not the £50 RRP !

'DISAPPOINTING'
Strengths:
Looked good and kept feet warm to start with.
Weaknesses:
Clumsy to lace, sole of one cracked after a couple of months meaning they leaked even walking across grassy fields. Then relegated to wearing them on the boat, sides wore through after a couple of months of this.
Overall:
Best avoided, by comparism my last pair of Skeeters lasted 10 years.

'NOT BAD'
Strengths:
Warm and comfortable
Weaknesses:
Not good for long walks and not waterproof
Overall:
I agree with the editors review. They're OK for short walks and for keeping your feet warm and that's all I bought them for, so I'm happy with them

'HEAVY AND POORLY MADE'
Strengths:
Initially they did keep my feet warm.
Weaknesses:
After 3 years they have developed cracks which leak. Not good for walking.
Overall:
If you don't do a lot of walking these boots will suit you.
