'A GOOD VALUE RELIABLE LIGHT'
Strengths:
Light weight, compact, cheap, comfortable.
Weaknesses:
none considering the price.
Overall:
A good reliable small headtorch, the red led is great for tying rigs and keeping your night vision, the normal white leds give off a good beam, especially considering there are only two of them, in fact the normal white beam is brighter than some 12led head torches I've used!

I'd recommend one of these to anyone wanting a head torch for night fishing, it's small and light, bright, with good battery life and while it's not waterproof I've had no problems when wearing and using it in torrential rain. You can pick these up for around a fiver if you look about, at that price they are a great bargain. If I lose mine I'd get another with no hesitation.

'FOR UNDER NINE QUID, YOU CAN'T BEAT IT.'
Strengths:
Small, lightweight and very cheap
Weaknesses:
Difficult to open up the battery cover but not much of a problem as you don't have to do it very often.
Overall:
I don't believe there is anything comparable on the market and having used one for several years had no qualms in getting the same again. My original is still going strong but the padding has come off after three years so it is a bit uncomfortable.

'GOOD BATTERY LIFE AND EXCELLENT VALUE FOR MONEY!'
Strengths:
Superb battery life, reliable and the red LED option helps to maintain night vision, the light is certainly water resistant to some degree.
Weaknesses:
The switch is possibly a litle too prominent meaning it can accidentally get switched on whilst in a pocket. Also it only has 1 setting when using the the 'bright' bulbs.
Overall:
I would have no hesitation in recommending one of these or indeed buying a second as a back up light. Mine came with batteries for about £7, but even at £10-14 it is still very good value for money.

'EXCELLENT AND CHEAP'
Strengths:
Lightweight and compact, very easy to wear. Excellent performance for not much money.
Weaknesses:
For the price, none.
Overall:
I have two of these, I keep one as a back up but have never used it. For the price they are excellent and invaluble for anyone who fishes alone into dark. I would recommend them to anyone.
