A good reliable small headtorch, the red led is great for tying rigs and keeping your night vision, the normal white leds give off a good beam, especially considering there are only two of them, in fact the normal white beam is brighter than some 12led head torches I've used!
I'd recommend one of these to anyone wanting a head torch for night fishing, it's small and light, bright, with good battery life and while it's not waterproof I've had no problems when wearing and using it in torrential rain. You can pick these up for around a fiver if you look about, at that price they are a great bargain. If I lose mine I'd get another with no hesitation. |
