'A HOOK THAT HAS CAUGHT ME SO MANY CARP A GOOD ALL ROUND HOOK'
Strengths:
I have used it plenty of times down the margins for carp upto 16lb. I have never had any problems weith the hook straightening out or going blunt. Have used it for on the deck work, shallow and even used it for the hook in the loop method, it is one of the only hooks i feel fully confident in using because of it's strength and reliability.
Weaknesses:
I thinks it's only weakness is the thickness and heaviness of the hook. It is suitable for carp but not other species such as bream and roach because i think they have felt the hooks presence to early and avoided the bait before they have got it into their mouths.
Overall:
Overall i think this would challenge my all time favourite hook the B611, it can specifically used for carp and is one of the strongest and most reliable hooks on the market currently. It is also very well priced.

'YOU WILL BE HARD PUSHED TO FIND A MORE RELIABLE HOOK IN ALL '
Strengths:
Keeps a razor sharp point no matter how much abuse it gets and is virtually always easy to extract from a fish, or yourself if the worse comes to the worse!
In sizes 8 and 10 it is ideal for tying hair rigs to (I use 10lb Kryston Silkworm) using the knotless knot. In smaller sizes it is an ideal hook for ledgering maggots (usually with a swimfeeder) for chub and barbel. The price is, by today's standards, excellent.
Weaknesses:
Just one for me and that is it is a heavy hook. 2 or 3 years ago I seriously contemplated using this hook for all my fishing but when fishing for dace, bream or roach it just wasn't as successful as a light hook eg Kamasan B520 and more recently B560.
Overall:
If I was allowed one hook only this would be it but it does have limitations.

Strengths:
great strength even the smaller hooks.very sharp.
Overall:
i use the small hooks for a small commercial lake. eventually hooked into bigger fish. 6lb carp and small tench. i was using 4lb line, my last fish shot under the lilies. the little 16 hook pulled it back through no problem! great strength. highly recommended

'PRETTY DAMN GOOD!'
Strengths:
sharpness
Weaknesses:
they can be quite visible as they aren't teflon coated.
Overall:
These hooks have been very reliable over the last year. I used them to surface fish for big carp. In size 12 they successfully landed me several at 16lbs, a 19lbs, and a 29lbs 2oz.

'SHARP SHARP SHARP'
Strengths:
They are very sharp, have a slightly in turned point and are reasonably priced. They keep their point very well even after several fish and hooking your hand, weed, trousers etc.
Weaknesses:
I found the eye to be quite small when passing the hooklength through when tying the knotless knot. (Although some might say a smaller profile eye could be an advantage)!
They are bright silver, so I suppose a darker colour might appeal to some!
Overall:
Very good at what they are supposed to do.

'GREAT HOOKS FOR BARBEL.'
Strengths:
Very strong; good hold; very reasonably priced.
Weaknesses:
Bright shiny finish.
Overall:
I use them in size 12 and 10 for banding to 14mm pellets. I've had barbel up to eleven pounds out of the Ribble on these and never lost a fish.
