| 'EXCELLENT ROD, EXCELLENT PRICE.' | | Strengths:
Plain black quality rod. Abbreviated handle which uses a combination of duplon and shrink tube to create a matt, non slip central section. Perfect for when its wet, damp etc. | | Weaknesses:

I have 2 of the warrior es rods. They are fantastic for the the price. I've caught carp on £180 rods that dont feel as good as these do. |

Lovely slim blank, sure grip handle. Good through action. I have every confidence of landing whatever I catch on this rod.
Nice rod tube guys. | | Weaknesses:
No rod bag, they're only a couple of quid anyhow. | | Overall:
I have two of these - 2.75lb TC and am confident I will land whatever I hook into large or small.
A top class rod which greatly belies it's extremely cheap price tag. |

Great value for money and looks really good as well. Need to spend at least £120 to match it. Long distance casts no problem and accurate. Other manufacturers should take note. |

| 'I'D BUY ANOTHER IN A JIFFY!!' | | Strengths:
It has tons of power stored up and it never feels like it's going to lock up. Really nice progressive active without being sloppy in any way. You can set the hooks at distance and then enjoy 'feeling' the fish. A hard compromise but achieved none the less. 3-legged rings which won't bend in the holdall, even in cramped little cars. Good solid reel seat that's solid but easily undone, even in the wet. Brilliant whipped finish and comfy abbreviated handle. Sleek and understated. No stickers, no colours, no nonsense. | | Weaknesses:

I actually use this rod for Pike fishing!! Theres no reason why this rod can't be used for both Pike and Carp. If I can whallop a dead with it, you can whallop a big method feeder with it too. Spot on, especially for less than £50. I doubt there's a rod for less than £100 that tops this one. Top job from Fox. |
