Strengths: Casts a 6 weight line very well. Nice medium to tip action, excellent quality cork handle and reel seat. SiC butt ring with American style high snake guides
Weaknesses: This is a genuine 6 weighter. Its a bit too powerful for a 5 weight, although to a good caster this will not matter.
Overall: A great rod for river and small lake fishing. The finish and build quality is superb. This rod will look good alongside some of the American best such as Sage, Loomis or Orvis.
