Knots or crimps well without kinking. Very reliable. Weaknesses: Not aware of any other than could possibly be thinner, but not sure that this is too important. Overall: Best pike trace wire I have used.   Performance   100% Quality   80% Value   80% Overall Rating   87%   bob binco   Posted: 08/01/04 'EXCELLENT FOR MANY DIFFERENT PIKE FISHING APPLICATIONS' Strengths: Great for everything from pike fly fishing as it doesn't kink, for perch if jacks are a problem and also for sensitive zander traces. For both I fouind it to be superb. Weaknesses: Not great for livebaits as it is so amazingly soft and they can tangle themselves. Weaknesses: frays quite easily. you really need braid scissors with this stuff.
