'SUPERB TRACE WIRE - USED FOR ALL MY PIKE FISHING'

Strengths:
Soft, supple. Knots or crimps well without kinking. Very reliable.

Weaknesses:
Not aware of any other than could possibly be thinner, but not sure that this is too important.

Overall:
Best pike trace wire I have used.

'EXCELLENT FOR MANY DIFFERENT PIKE FISHING APPLICATIONS'

Strengths:
Great for everything from pike fly fishing as it doesn't kink, for perch if jacks are a problem and also for sensitive zander traces. For both I fouind it to be superb.

Weaknesses:
Not great for livebaits as it is so amazingly soft and they can tangle themselves.

Overall:
Excellent for lots of things, every predator specialist should have some in case the going gets tough!..

'NOT CONVINCED'

Weaknesses:
Tried it for zander a couple of years back (if you mean the coated wire...) and found traces went on the strike.

'BRILLIANT'

Strengths:
in an emergency on the bank and need a quick rig tying this is the stuff.

Weaknesses:
frays quite easily. you really need braid scissors with this stuff.

Overall:
great for those days when you have timid takes.
