'GREAT IDEA - VARIABLE QUALITY PRODUCT'
Strengths:
Simple to use. Saves time on the bank. You can be confident knowing the stop is secure.
Weaknesses:
Some variation in where the 'hole' is. Some are way too far forward.
Overall:
This was an innovative idea that quickly caught on as anglers realised the advantages of a secure and reliable stop system. I've been using these for some while now but recently the quality has slipped. Some of the holes which are used to attached the hair are miles too far forward. This leaves a significant 'tail' but very short point where the stop pivots. This leads to an insecure hold, particularly with a softish bait such as prawn or meat. They are best connected to the hair using a loop which is large enough for the quickstop to swivel through. I have seen these connected via a granny knot tied tight to the quickstop. Apart from weakening the stop, the knot adds diameter to the quickstop which is, necessarily, already fairly thick to enable the use of the quickstop needle to push the stop through your bait. With a loop, the knot sits behind the quickstop and follows it through the bait.
Quickstops can cause problems with small boilies splitting. The simple answer is to use a small diameter drill to make the hole for the quickstop to follow. I use an ESP 1mm bait drill for this purpose. It also assists in mouting baits like Sonubaits Hali Hookers or S Pellets which can split if you try to force a quickstiop through them.
A damn good idea Korum, but could we please have the line hole in the middle of the stop and not 2/3 of the way to the point.

'BEST SYSTEM FOR HAIR RIGGING I HAVE USED.'
Strengths:
Very easy to use and are very secure, once your bait is on it is on. I have used these for many different baits solt and hard, pellets, corn, meat and prawns all stay secure.
Weaknesses:
Bit fiddley with small hooks.
Overall:
I have been using this system for a couple of years - buying ready tied and just the quickstops and they really secure your bait.

'EXCELLENT'
Strengths:
You know the bait is on the hair using quickstops.
Weaknesses:
White/clear colour, I'd prefer brown, to match pellets. They do tend to break off especially with Chub.
Overall:
I use them all the time, there quick and easy to use and hold the pellet in place.

'BRILLIANT PIECE OF KIT'
Strengths:
fast and easy to use, hold soft baits securely
Weaknesses:
not the best for hard baits
Overall:
The korum quick stop is one of the best kits I've bought this year. It's easy to use and most important, it secure the bait PERFECTLY. I put catmeat on the hair and cast 30yards in a head wind, and I reeled in the check the bait, it's still on prefectly! It's best for soft baits like meats.

Another advantage is the stop is fixed on the hooklength so you don't use any stop, and it can be good to the fish as they won't swollow those plastic stops anymore!

However it's not the best for drilled pellets/ boilie. The diameter of the quickstop is a bit larger than most pellet drill, so when the bait is pull through the stop it might come off the quickstop baiting needle. Only solution is try to get a drill with greater diameter.

Still I really love this kit especially the price is very good, one pound for 20 of them, and the quickstop baiting needle is only 1 pond for 2!

'REAL QUICK TO USE'
Strengths:
Very quick to use
Weaknesses:
Fragile and a real pain to tie on the hair
Overall:
So quick to use its untrue. The problem is with an overhand to tie them on, when they snap, you keep shortening the hair.
