'QUALITY 12.5 METRES FOR LESS THAN £160'
Strengths:
This is the 1st and only pole that I have ever bought and its purchase was based on reviews found in various angling mags. For the price of £160 from Climax tackle I have a quality, stiff and lightweight pole that is head and shoulders above many of the droopy designs currently found on many a bank.
Weaknesses:
You can only get so much quality for a sub £250 pole.

'£160 BARGAIN !'
Strengths:
My 2nd pole and a steal at the price.Light and stiff up to 11m.Great for novice pole users.
Weaknesses:
None that some one of my limited experience can find.
Overall:
Advanced pole magazine gave it a gold star for sub £200 poles. No arguments from me>

'IT'S REALLY JOLLY GOOD!'
Strengths:
Strong, stiff and relatively light
Weaknesses:
Loses it's balance a bit at 12.5m. Butt section tends to stick to your hands when held for a while.
Overall:
I have owned this pole for 2 years now and can honestly say I am exceptionally pleased with it.
At 11m it is well balanced and glides through the hands when shipping out.
Could do with more top kits.
Tends to feel heavy when the 12.5m butt section is added.
Butt section available to take the pole to 14m - don't bother unless you have a pole support system.
