'A VERY GOOD CATAPULT'
Strengths:
I quite like the large capacity pouch which delivers a good quantity of bait quickly.
Bait-spread is much reduced compared to others I've used, and chopped boilies didn't seem to 'spread' so far either.
Good length of elastic ensures maximum distances.
Used in conjunction with the ESP Particle version I've cut down on the amount of close range spodding required.
Weaknesses:
None experienced to date, even performed very well in the cold of winter when a lot of elastics become 'stiff' reducing their range and accuracy.
Overall:
Reasonably priced with good build quality.
No knuckle-wraps experienced to date, and good in the Winter too.
Good sized pouch reduces the number of 'pulls' required to feed a swim.

'WELL MADE BUT THE POUCH IS TOO BIG FOR MY LIKING'
Strengths:
Well made, good price.
Weaknesses:
Pouch is too big to fire single or small amounts of boilies.
Overall:
The ESP boilie pult looks and feels really well made from the large handle and brass fittings to the solid plastic pouch and being well priced I thought it was a good buy. When I first used it I tried firing a pouchful of boilies as this seemed to be what the pult was made for but the spread was a bit wild for my liking. I tried one or two boilies but the pouch seems to hinder the flight of the boilies and lessen the distance, sometimes the boilie would stay in the pouch or fall out onto the floor. I got fed up of it doing this as I prefer firing one boilie at a time rather than firing loads in every direction.
