Description: Alloy outer, solid oversize inner for increased stability. They feature an auger point, to screw into the ground. Finished in deep green.

'ALUMINIUM BANKSTICK WITH AN AUGER POINT'

Strengths:
screw point for hard banks
lightweight
two tightening knobs
subtle green colour

Weaknesses:
anodising scratches and looks tatty
can bend if your a bit heavy handed (like me!)

Overall:
i used to use all solar stainless, but always had problems getting them into hard banks (dont use a pod any more) and the weight killed me! the nash aluminium ones are ideal. the only one i managed to (slightly) bend was because i'd lost the tommy bar, and was pushing it in without the inner inside. the scratching only happens on the bottom bit (obviously). if only the thumb screws were a bit bigger.
and half the price of stainless.....
