Pros: 1. Louder out going racket than the in coming! Meaning when the ratchet is engaged line retrieval is quieter, then when you have fish take line the racket is over twice as loud, giving you head turning heavenly scream from the reel! Fantastic!2. Effort
Cons: 1. Easy to keep getting debris going in to the back plate whist fishing.2. In my opinion the centre float adjustment is a little to slack when pre set by the factory, a little information on the correct way to adjust this should be included with the ree

A worth while investment, and great fishing companion.

Pros: Build quality, looks. Its just a lovely reel to own & use.
Cons: After sales.I got nowhere with Masterline trying to get mine serviced.Ratchet lever works fine and is where it should be but looks naff

A proper fishing reel I am not good enough to Wallis cast and tend to keep my pins [both Youngs]for special occasions or when distance isn't an issue.I love this reel and am convinced I fish better when I'm using it.There is nothing about it I dont like except the very functio

Pros: When form and function come together as well as this - Wow! Never mind how long it spins for, it takes next to nothing to get it spinning in the first place. Listen to it spin - that's right, silence. This reel's elegant engineered excellence makes it
Cons: I was going to say price but when you get such a high quality piece of engineering and a work of art for the money, I reckon it's a steal.

The essence of coarse fishing Buy one - if a centrepin is for you then it's worth getting a decent one.
