the egg sinker system is exellant with the fox predator floats as it is nice and easy to set up. the egg sinkers are available in the weights that match the float so there is no adding or removing weight to manage your float. the rubber top is great for c

they are a little expensive as you only get 4 in the packet.
A good easy method to counter balancing your float a top quality piece of kit that i recommend all pikeys use.

Pros:
The original Fox egg sinkers were an excellent idea, allowing for quick rig change without having to break down and re-tie a new set up, not just for float/float leger rigs but also allowing for a complete method change by just removing the sinker.
Cons:
Sinker weights were easily lost by the rig being dragged through weed beds ect while playing a hooked fish, this was easily prevented by simply adding a float stop above the weight.Obviously Fox were aware of this and have made alterations, a recess has
A versatile good idea, would benefit from simple modificatons Still use the egg sinkers as they are a vast improvement over the less versatile drilled bullets but have to make some home modifications before use.The recessed inner plastic tube is a good idea but needs to be made stronger to be effective.
