Pros:	VERY bright lightMany lighting options- including red lightGreat battery lifeFairly good valueNice and comfortableAdjustable, well made strap
Cons:	Maybe too many modes- who has ever needed a flashing red light on their headtorch- or am i missing out on something ???

Quality! A verygood product- i doubt any others in this price range hold a light to these.
