Pros:
Smooth, lightweight and nice "feel" in use. Balanced well to modern, light float rods and smaller bomb/feeder rods. High-speed retrieve (6-1) useful. Nice looks - if you like silver and grey.
Cons:
Considering it's a compact reel, which lends itself ideally to light float fishing, the non-availablity from Shimano of shallow match spools to fit it is disappointing.
Smooth, light, well built, good value. Usual Shimano features and quality, but built in Malaysia, so very resasonably priced. I like it. Shallow spools would add to it's versatility. Can be picked up discounted, which makes it great value.
