Pros: Pulled in a 10lb 5oz Barbel no problem.
Cons:

Good rod. Value for money. Good rod. Value for money.

Pros: Nicely finished, I have the Barbel power rod 1.75 TC. Lovely for fishing for carp, handled a 13.25 lb Carp through weed on an 8lb line. Through action perfect for carp on small commercial lakes which Is why I chose this rod over the larger specimen carp
Cons: For me the reel seat is too far up the handle, but thats just a personal preference.

Great - for carp! Great buy - If you fancy a lighter rod than the specialist carp rods to get more fun from your carp fishing try this rod. Shop around as the barbel rods from Shimano are a lot cheaper than the RRP of
