Pros:

Extremely warm to wear even in sub zero temperatures (hence the minus 10 name).Didn't even need the sleep suit, just jacket and bibs.

Cons:
|
Velcro, it's everywhere. Be careful driving with it on, the cuffs get stuck to the pockets and front. Made a roundabout VERY interesting.
