Description: The main differences between the GTE and the RE upgrade is three fewer ball bearings. . . It also has a single crank handle, which some anglers prefer for range fishing, plus a graphite spool. . . Like the GTE, the RE features the patented Aero Wrap system for great casting performance, whilst the Rotor Cast control and positive bail combine to completely eliminate any potential problems of the bail arm flicking over when putting your all into a long range cast.

Pros: shimano engineering,super smooth,reliable
Cons: cost.

Reliable but costly in all an efficient reel but expensive.for the money it's not a big reel only as big as a super x gtm reel.the spool is very small and you do notice this when trying to wind up a cast with 12lb mainline, the coils are so small that the best i have mustered
